What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and what you tell us about your project. Information collected automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, if enabled, analytics data. Our contact form is processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf.

How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, prepare an estimate, do the work you hire us for, and keep records required for licensing, insurance, and tax purposes. If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry, estimate, appointment, or project. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising to you.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email northpoint@servicesmn.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” Minnesota residents may have additional rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, including access, correction, deletion, and portability; we will respond within the period the law requires.

Security and retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, insurance, and warranty record-keeping, then delete it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please don’t send Social Security numbers, payment card details, or medical information through the website.

Our services and website are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
