01Water damage
Ceilings, walls, and floors after a leak or a flood.
We repair the source when it’s the roof or the envelope, then rebuild the interior: drywall, insulation, trim, paint, and flooring. Ice-dam damage is the most common winter call.
Water through a ceiling, smoke in the walls, a tree on the roof. Once mitigation is done we rebuild what was lost — roof, siding, drywall, insulation, trim, floors, tile — with one crew and a scope that matches the claim.
One crew
Roof, siding, drywall, insulation, trim, floors and tile, rebuilt by the same people.
1scope
Hail, wind and fallen trees rarely damage only one thing. We photograph everything and write one scope.
You choose
You pick the contractor; the insurer pays the claim. We write to the adjuster’s scope and supplement what was missed.
What we do
Water, fire, smoke and storm damage, rebuilt once the mitigation company is done, with paperwork that matches the claim.

01Water damage

02Fire & smoke
Structural repair, drywall, cabinets and trim, paint, floors, and the exterior if the fire got out. We coordinate with your adjuster so the rebuild scope matches the claim.

03Storm
Hail, wind, and fallen trees rarely damage only one thing. We photograph everything, write one scope, and rebuild in the right order — roof first, then envelope, then interior.

04Insurance
We write to the adjuster’s scope, submit supplements for what was missed, and keep the interior finish consistent with the rest of the house so the repair doesn’t look like a repair.

Dates are kept. Customers mention it more than anything.
The people who quoted it do it. One crew, roof to drywall.
Cleaned, walked with you, punch list fixed before the invoice.
One scope, in order
The source, when it’s the roof or the envelope, gets fixed before anything inside.
Siding, windows and the house wrap behind them.

Reviews
From 47 five-star reviews on Google. Every one names the same person: on the roof, on the phone, and at the final walk.
Read them on GoogleIncredibly talented and detail oriented. We remodeled two bathrooms with Davis Interiors, who used North Point for all of the work. Stress free.

(612) 290-1415Drying and mitigation is usually handled by a mitigation company or your insurer’s vendor. We take over from there and rebuild — and if the source is the roof or siding, we fix that first.
That’s the point of using one crew. The same people who do our bathrooms and finish work do the rebuild, so tile, trim, and paint match what’s already there.
