Roofs built for the freeze–thaw, not the brochure.
Replacement, repair, and the inspection that tells you which one you need. Asphalt shingle for homes, flat and low-slope for commercial buildings, and the interior repair when a leak got there first.
for most single-family roofs once materials are on site. The written scope gives you the dates before we start.
Free hail inspection
We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and tell you plainly whether it looks like a claim. You keep the photos either way.
Any roof, any installer
Most of our repair calls are on roofs someone else put on. We trace the leak and fix the cause.
What we do
Five kinds of roof work. One crew.
Replacement, repair, storm inspections, ice dams and flat roofs, each one starting with a walk on the roof.

01Replacement
A full replacement starts with a walk on the roof.
We check decking, flashing at chimneys and walls, ventilation, and where ice dams have been forming, then give you a scope in writing before we quote it.
Architectural asphalt shingles for most homes. If your roof has multiple layers, wet decking, or valley damage, the scope says so up front so the price doesn’t move later.
Old roof off, crew on the ridge
02Repair
Leaks rarely start where the stain is.
We trace the water back — flashing, pipe boots, a lifted ridge, a nail that backed out — and fix the cause rather than the symptom. Repairs on any age of roof, including ones we didn’t install.
Tear-off and tarps from above
03Hail & wind
Photographed before you file, not after.
After a storm we document what’s actually on the roof: hits per square, creased shingles, dented soft metals. You get the photos. If it’s a claim, the scope is written to match the adjuster’s; if it isn’t, we tell you so.
Ice dams push water under shingles and into the wall cavity. We fix the roof and the attic ventilation that caused it, and rebuild the drywall, insulation, and trim inside — see damage repair.
Flat roof crew at work
05Commercial
Flat and low-slope roofs on the buildings you own or manage.
Membrane and low-slope systems for small commercial and multi-unit properties. We work with property managers on scheduled replacements and emergency repairs.
Step 02 of every job
Read the scope before you see a price.
What gets replaced and what doesn’t, in writing, before a number. Every scope is written for one house. Here’s what a roof replacement looks like.
01
Walkthrough
On the roof or in the room, photographing what he finds.
02
Written scope
What gets replaced and what doesn’t, before a price.
03
Schedule
Dates are kept. Customers mention it more than anything.
04
The work
The people who quoted it do it. One crew, roof to drywall.
05
Final walk
Cleaned, walked with you, punch list fixed before the invoice.

Yes. After a storm we walk the roof, photograph what we find, and tell you plainly whether it looks like a claim or not. You keep the photos either way.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We write our scope to line up with the adjuster’s and handle supplements when something was missed. You still choose your contractor — the insurer doesn’t.
Do you repair roofs you didn’t install?
Yes. Most of our repair calls are on roofs someone else put on. Age and installer don’t matter; we trace the leak and fix the cause.
How long does a residential replacement take?
Most single-family roofs are done in one to two days once materials are on site. The written scope gives you the dates before we start.
Do you do flat roofs?
Yes — low-slope and flat membrane roofs on commercial and multi-unit buildings, plus the occasional flat porch or addition roof on a house.
