Siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, and gutters, done together so the house wrap and flashing are continuous instead of patched where two trades met.
for a full re-side on most single-family homes, depending on size, window count and what we find underneath.
SmartSide, mostly

Flashed once
Siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia and gutters together, so the house wrap and flashing are continuous.
What we do
The whole envelope, one crew.
Siding, windows and doors, the trim and gutters around them, and the paint that protects it all.

01Siding
LP SmartSide is what we install most.
Engineered wood that takes Minnesota’s swings without cupping, holds paint, and installs with a 50-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. We also install vinyl for budget-driven re-sides and fiber cement where the look calls for it.
One customer called seven of our past clients before hiring us for a full LP SmartSide re-side. We’d rather you did the same.
The back of the house, finished
02Windows & doors
Replaced in the same job as the siding when we can.
That’s when flashing, house wrap, and trim are all open, so the window is tied into the wall properly instead of caulked into it. Single-window replacements are welcome too.
Lap siding and new soffit
03Soffit, fascia & gutters
The parts that decide whether the roof stays dry.
Soffit and fascia get replaced with the siding; gutters and downspouts get sized to the roof and routed away from the foundation — which matters more here than almost anywhere, because that water freezes.
Board and batten, new roof above
04Exterior painting
Prep, prime, and the right product for the substrate.
Painted and stained exteriors on wood and engineered siding, trim, and doors. We don’t paint over rot; we replace it and tell you what we found.
Step 02 of every job
Read the scope before you see a price.

Siding, windows and gutters.
Full re-sides, stone and stucco, and the details at the eaves, straight from our job sites.
We resided our house with LP SmartSide. We contacted seven references of previous work by them and all gave excellent reviews.
Bruce H.Full re-side · Google
Alex and his crew replaced our windows and siding and installed gutters. Prompt, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish.
We install LP SmartSide most often: engineered wood that handles freeze–thaw without cracking, holds paint well, and carries a long manufacturer warranty. Vinyl and fiber cement are both good choices for the right budget and look.
Can you replace windows without residing the house?
Yes. We replace single windows and whole-house sets on their own. When siding is also planned, doing both at once gives a better flashing detail.
Do you replace rotted trim and sheathing you find?
Yes. If we open a wall and find rot or wet sheathing, it’s replaced and photographed, and you’re told before we close it back up.
How long does a full re-side take?
Most single-family homes take one to two weeks depending on size, window count, and what we find underneath. The written scope includes the schedule.
